Great vitamin but at 73 it may have a bit more ingredients then I need.
I bought and took and noticed no difference. Didn’t want to waste, so continued on them. After 2+ weeks now noticing regular bowel movements. Can only think it’s due to this supplement. Just ordered again. Hope it continues to work.
I don't even remember why I started this but I think it is helping with my immune , energy and sleep.
