I’ve been using this product for 3 months now. I’m 49 and have had night sweats for over 10 years. I have not had any night sweats since using this product. I also have noticed I am managing my weight better. I have not changed anything else in my diet.

It works really well that’s why I bought a three pack. The only problem is that I can’t order it every three months instead of once a month so I have to make sure I skip some deliveries but all in all it’s the best thing I’ve ever had to make me regular.
