Seems to be working as i feel better.
Even with medication, I rarely have more than two hours uninterrupted sleep.
However, after taking two Envitamin capsules before bed, I slept 6 1/2 hours straight. This seemed to grestly calm my nervous system as I have chronic pain and degenerative disc disease, Spondolysis Thesis, stenosis- body is a wreck. These capsules have produced the same effect four nights in a row. I tried taking one durning the day, was too seating, went back to two at night- slept, woke up alert, rested, no med interaction. With such profound medical problems I expected nothing, but achieved sleep which hadn't happened in decades.
So far so good. Definitely heping to whiten.

I like them just not the fact you have to take so many. I alway forget after the first dose I take.
