I have been taking these for over two months now. I’m on my third bottle. What I have noticed is it did take a few weeks for them to start working. I take them same time every day with food. I have noticed an improvement in less bloating and regular bowel movements. I feel more energetic if that’s possible and just better in general. This is a huge plus for me. Don’t forget to take it though or you will have a set back. Consistency is key.

I’ve been taking this probiotic consistently, and I’m really happy with it so far. It’s gentle on my stomach and easy to take daily without causing any discomfort or bloating.

I have taken one bottle of these so far and I can tell the difference I have constant upset stomach and it has been significantly better since taking them So bought two bottles this time as they had a good sale on them Will continue to take and hope for even more improvement
