Saw these on TikTok and bought them immediately and have felt better since I started using them. I have found the best ones I believe. Couldn’t be happier about taking them.
I have had issues with some in the past being too strong for me, but these are perfect.
I rated it a 4, although considered a 3. I think it's probably doing a decent job of helping my gut, as my bowels are much more regular. However, one of the main reasons I ordered it was I hoped it would also help control my appetite. Unfortunately, it's done nothing in that area.
